“Muhammad attended our Warwickshire Secondary Book Award Ceremony this year as his book, 'I am Thunder,' was shortlisted for the Award. We had approximately 300 students and their teachers/librarians attending our Award Ceremony. Muhammad spoke to the audience for about 15 minutes about his books, what inspires him, how he writes etc. He also took part in our book signing after the ceremony, where the students were all very eager to meet him and have their books signed. Muhammad was a wonderful speaker, he really engaged the students and was articulate, eloquent, funny and made you think. We had fantastic feedback from schools after the event, who really enjoyed hearing and meeting all the shortlisted authors. I would highly recommend Muhammad to Authors Aloud.”

"Muhammad's visit with our entire Year 9 group at Glenthorne High School was electrifying, he generated conversation amongst our students and staff long after the event ended. His talk was sharp and funny, not to mention politically and socially relevant to our students. I highly recommend Muhammad for any school visit!"

“Muhammad is an inspiring speaker to listen to, no matter who what age you are or your own experience of the world. His story and inspiration behind writing I Am Thunder is an emotional journey. He speaks from a position of truth and from experience of working with so many young adults, and as a result has a sound perspective on issues facing young teens such as toxic masculinity, bullying and Islamophobia - all subjects which he touches on in his writing. I would 100% recommend seeing Muhammad do his author talk - he’s a captivating voice in British YA fiction and will, without doubt, inspire you and the young people who meet him.”

Please can I have use of a projector for my PowerPoint displays. A microphone would be great for larger groups.
