Testimonials:

It couldn’t have gone any better in our view.  The morning sessions were a great success and the afternoon session with our PP students was a game-changer for many of them.  Some began the session very unsure and a little defensive.  Adisa brought about the best in every single pupil.  He was very skilled at working out where each student was and challenging them to excel in the right way.  He has very high standards of behaviour which is what was needed but also praised our challenging students as soon as possible to get them on side.  Very skilled, we were most impressed.  By the end of the afternoon they were all totally engaged in writing poems of their own with metaphors and similes. Even our most resistant students were vying for his attention in order to show him what they were doing. We were incredibly impressed by not only his performance but his skill with dealing with young people and getting the very best out of them.

Knutsford Academy

"The highlight of Book Week for me, was the residency for the week of the performance poet, Adisa. His assemblies, the sessions and the lessons that he runs are great."
- Kenneth Durham, Headmaster, University College School

" Adisa’s gift to the world is ‘the word’. His art of ‘verbalizing’ opens new doors, make connections and creates magic.
Richard Mallett, Education and Community Producer
London Philharmonic Orchestra
