“The two sessions at Thamesmere & Woolwich Libraries were fantastic! Annemarie was wonderfully engaging in her story telling the kids and families that attended loved it! We had really positive feedback.
As for her musical talents including her singing wow, wow....so much fun! It all went really well & we looking forward to welcoming Annemarie back to Greenwich Libraries.”

"Thank you so much for coming to work with us last week as part of our Festival of Books. The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed your sessions and it was lovely to see you engage so brilliantly and be so adaptable to our setting.
The children particularly loved the musical instruments, which was really special.
We would love to welcome you back to work with us any time that you might be in London. Thanks so much!”

“It was wonderful to have Annemarie Anang as part of Brighton Festival 2023! Her musical storytelling session was entertaining, highly interactive, fun and thought provoking for a whole range of ages. Annemarie was able to adapt the session to engage a mixed age audience who all enjoyed her reading of her book ‘I am Nefertiti’, joined in with music and singing and enjoyed hearing about Annemarie’s process of writing the book and being an author.”
Laura Halliwell, Our Place Community Coordinator, Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival
“Annemarie Anang’s author visits are so much more than the average. It is a full performance. She uses her skills, voice and charm to win over audiences from toddlers to grandparents and all in between. Her readings are fully engaging and she could end there and be excellent. However, her additional musical journey with the audience is a wonderful "wow" moment. She is definitely an author that we will return to time and time again for her unique and outstanding performance that will fit into any school, bookshop and festival setting.”

“Annemarie delivered an engaging and lively interactive session which our children relished! The session was specifically catered to suit the needs of our children. They enjoyed a delightful storytime with Annemarie’s new book ‘I AM NEFERTITI’ and sing-along with her ukulele, where they learnt a song she had written about Nefertiti. They were also introduced to interesting instruments from around the world that feature in the story. Annemarie’s teaching experience expands a decade and it was clear to see this as our children were focused and engaged throughout. Long after the session ended, our children (and staff) were still singing songs from the session throughout the week! There are plenty of fun downloadable teaching resources that are available from Annemarie’s website, as well as her new educational music series, NEFERTITI KEEPS THE BEAT, which is also on You Tube. I would definitely recommend Annemarie’s session to other educational providers and we hope she will visit us again!”
