Andy Stanton is author of the much-loved Mr Gum series as well as his picture books, Danny McGee Drinks the Sea and Going to the Volcano. His virtual events are fast-paced, entertaining and inspirational – just like his in-person visits. Andy uses a lot of silly props and backgrounds to ensure engagement throughout and as well as a Q&A, there is often some very bad singing at the end.

What I can do for you
My virtual events are fast-paced, entertaining, inspirational, kinetic and hilarious. Working online, it’s important to maintain as much interactivity and connection with my audience as possible, so I include lots of silly props and backgrounds to keep the energy up and make sure everyone’s engaged. Just like my actual visits to schools, these events are tons of fun and include readings, a Q and A session at the end… and some very, very bad singing.
