Cat Weatherill is an author, poet, adventurer and highly acclaimed storyteller. In a sparkling twenty year career she has delighted thousands of children in schools and at festivals in the UK and overseas. She is equally happy working with nursery aged pupils as she is with those in KS3 and KS4. Her books include BARKBELLY, SNOWBONE JACO THE LEEK, BREATHE and THE HAIRY MARYS. Her latest book DREAM ADVENTURES features Cat’s true-life travel adventures (inside pyramids, sleeping in the Amazon rainforest etc) to encourage children to dream bigger futures for themselves and escape present life limitations through reading.

What I can do for you
Cat makes her sessions fun & interactive by providing a list of props that may be gathered in advance and used on the day (fruit & vegetables, percussive instruments, pirate hats etc) Some workshops use slides and music.
