Nicola Davies is passionate about conservation and the natural world and her books reflect her deep knowledge. LAST which she has written and illustrated is a poignant story about the White Rhino, whilst RIDE THE WIND is set in a South American fishing village and is about a boy, his father and an albatross. She is happy to talk to children and young people of any age and offers virtual sessions of 45 minutes.

What I can do for you
It depends on the age of children and which of my books they are interested in. I can talk and answer questions, about conservation animals and science or focus more on children’s experience as readers, writers and illustrators; or I can just tell stories. Teachers and librarians who know my books can they liaise with me before a session and discuss what they would like.
