Mossbourne’s author event with Catherine Johnson was great! She enthralled our year 7s with her stories about being a writer and researching her book. She even got the pupils to reveal some of their most embarrassing moments. Several pupils have told me how much they enjoyed the event, something that was evident from the many questions, loud applause and long queue for autographs on Friday. Needless to say all her books are now borrowed from the school library!
