The Beast and the Bethany: Creative Writing Workshop - Event Description
Writing with Beasts is an interactive, hour-long creative writing workshop, including puppetry, a Q&A and readings from the internationally bestselling The Beast and the Bethany series. As part of this session, children will be given the prompts and inspiration to write and finish their own short stories. The children won't need anything except pen and paper, and there's no need to prepare anything beforehand.

Preferred age range:Year 3-7/8. Primary School preferred.
Maximum number in any one session:
There is no upper limit to the number of children taking part in the session. The biggest group I’ve done so far is for 350 children.
No of sessions per day:
My usual days are doing year 3-4 in one session and 5-6 in a second one.
Session Length:
The workshop runs for 60 minutes with a book signing afterwards.
Areas prepared to travel to:
Anywhere if overnight expenses are met. If I’m travelling further than 2 hours from London or Cardiff, then it would be great if it’s possible to do a couple of schools in the area.
