We loved having James Bishop visit our school. Our children thoroughly enjoyed James' assembly, which appealed to both boys and girls with its superhero theme. After his visit, our pupils were buzzing about his books, and it was lovely to see so many of them talking about what they were reading and giggling about the storylines! Our pupils loved getting their books signed by a real author. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to your school. James' communication and service was brilliant and James was happy to tailor his visit to suit the needs of our school.

James came into our school to present an assembly to our KS2 children. The upbeat, engaging and active nature of James' assembly ensured the children were enraptured for the whole hour. James' humorous characters and plot spiked the children's interest so much that we have since had cartoons, stories, requests for Iguana Boy to be read in assembly and some of our 'non-readers' have been spotted reading his books. I would fully recommend a visit from James, especially if you are trying to capture the imagination and attention of children who are switched off by reading.
