... Judy used a range of ways to get the children interested in writing and to stimulate their ideas! In the past, my students have written whole novels following her workshops and others have embarked on writing creatively with far more dedication and determination - entering competitions, gaining a following on fan fiction websites.... we also have a keen Writers’ Workshop group, set up by popular demand after one session working with Judy!"
Polly Williams: English Teacher and Book Week Co-ordinator, Brookfield School, Sarisbury
It was wonderful to see children who obviously struggle with writing grow in confidence through the sheer enjoyment of working with Judy and her innovative activities - they're still buzzing! And ‘wordtamer ‘is a great resource. Easy and fun for children to use and the activities engage and inspire all ages and abilities – our children loved it!
Andy Clarke: Deputy Head, Locks Heath Junior School
“... one lad, in particular, stands out. He has often struggled with putting sentences together. After Judy's input, he proudly read out the beginnings of what could be a super story. A real tribute to Judy and the way she was able to enthuse all abilities!
The children remained enthusiastic and really wanted to continue to write independently. A great series of workshop sessions which have been received extremely well!
Sue Clarkson: Head of Year Four/Teacher and Creative Writing Circle Co-ordinator
