Kate Scott offers talks with Q&As and interactive and energetic storytelling and creative-writing workshops across a variety of themes and genres (fiction, poetry, scriptwriting). She also offers workshops that teach empathy skills and link to PSHE topics.

Preferred age range is Y3s to Y7 but I have plenty of experience with younger years too.
Up to 30 in workshop. Any number for a talk. (I have delivered a talk to an audience of 200 but ideally need microphone for larger audiences.) I can take larger numbers for workshops in special circumstances.
Maximum number of workshops is four (two in morning, two in afternoon) unless special circumstances apply.
45 to 60 minutes per workshop (45 minutes if doing several in one day).
Talks between 40 to 60 minutes (including a Q&A).
Theoretically anywhere if overnight expenses are met but ideal areas are: South West, South East, London (all areas), Midlands.
Travel by train to most areas. Car 40ppm in South West.

The intent of every talk and workshop is to make children feel more confident in their own storytelling capabilities and to inspire them to explore their imaginations. And above all, for them to have fun!
