Hello! I offer talks and assemblies for large groups about the Adventures on Trains series and what it’s like being an author. These include a reading and time for questions.
I also offer creative writing workshops for smaller groups – usually these are focused on writing mystery stories, or writing about journeys.

Preferred age range:My assemblies are most appropriate for ages 12 and under.
My workshops are most appropriate for years 3 – 7.
Maximum number in any one session:
There is no maximum size for assemblies. My workshops work best with no more than 30. Larger groups are possible but they will be less interactive.
No of sessions per day:
Max 5, including book signing, depending on session length.
Session Length:
45-60 minutes for an assembly, 45-90 minutes for a workshop. For signing, please try and allow up to 1 minute per child.

Anywhere in the UK if overnight expenses are met.
