Thank you so much for providing us with so much inspiration and wonder on Thursday, and for such a fantastic and successful visit. The eager customers at the book sale proved how much the children were captivated by you and your poetry. Head of English. Parkgate House School, Clapham, London SW. Thank you for all you brought into our world here at Ruislip Gardens! There have been many positive responses from both children and parents, it was such an encouraging day. Year 6 Teacher. Ruislip Gardens Primary School, Middlesex. It was so lovely having you at our school and sharing your wealth of knowledge with us all. The children, teachers and parents were all so pleased at how inspired the children were. Year 3 Teacher. Bell Lane Primary School, Hendon, London. Thank you for enriching and stimulating the children’s poetic ideas! Head of Infants. The Portsmouth Grammar School.
Thank you so much for a fantastic afternoon. The Chatter books children were enthralled with their session with you. My children came back and couldn't wait to share what they had done with you. The assembly was lovely too. So engaging and humorous that even the staff were feeling really positive after your visit…...we'd welcome a visit from yourself anytime.
English Co-ordinator, Bangabandhu Primary School, Tower Hamlets, London
Your visits give the children (and adults!) a great insight into the writing process, especially poetry. Some children find it difficult to start the creative process when writing a poem and to see you start, develop and produce a poem live with their ideas is a brilliant experience. It has inspired us for poetry week!! Lawdale Junior School, Bethnal Green, London
The girls, and staff, enjoyed the readings and workshops immensely; you really inspired them and the Year 6s in particular appreciated the chance to get some feedback on their poems.
