Scott Allen is the author of LLAMA UNITED and LLAMAS GO LARGE which feature football playing llamas – and a lot of comedy. He’s also written ON YOUR MARKS, GET SET, GOLD – a picture book all about the Olympics. Scott’s enthusiasm for reading is infectious and his virtual sessions are great fun for all involved.

What I can do for you
My talks are loud, interactive and hopefully bursting with creativity. I want children to get involved in the presentation and hopefully it will inspire them to:
- to read more books
- become interested in writing
- realise that you can do anything if you put your mind to it
- avoid doing school work for an hour
If you want a statuesque author who is going to bore your pupils to sleep, reading chunks from their book, then I’m not the writer for you. I usually do talks for key stage two children and the bigger the audience the better. As long as everyone wants to get involved in the madness then we are on to a winner
